NVE Chairman Named a Hardest-Working Board Member

June 14, 2010—NVE Corporation Chairman Terrence Glarner ranks first in stock performance, first in average tenure, and fifth overall on the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal Top 25 List of Hardest-working Board Members. The list is in the June 11, 2010 issue on newsstands now.

A frequent member of the annual list, Glarner has been an NVE director since 1999 and Chairman since 2001. He is a member of NVE’s Audit, Compensation, and Nominating/Corporate Governance committees.

Glarner also serves as a director of two other publicly-held companies, Aetrium Inc. and FSI International, Inc. He has a B.A. in English from the University of St. Thomas, a J.D. from the University of Minnesota School of Law, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
