NVE Moves up in Rankings of Largest Companies in Minnesota
April 24, 2011—NVE Corporation moved up nine places to 87th in the Star
Tribune list of 100 largest Minnesota-based publicly-traded companies by revenues,
and eight places to 52nd in the Pioneer Press Top 100 companies ranked
by market value. The lists are in today’s editions.
The company was also ranked second by the Star Tribune out of 100 companies
in return on revenue, and fourth by the Pioneer Press in five-year total
return.

NVE is a leader in the practical commercialization of spintronics, a nanotechnology
that relies on electron spin rather than electron charge to acquire, store and
transmit information. The company manufactures high-performance spintronic products
including sensors and couplers that are used to acquire and transmit data. NVE
has also licensed its spintronic magnetoresistive random access memory technology,
commonly known as MRAM.
